I am 44 and I have realised since getting into the 40’s that somethings which I used to tolerate, I cannot anymore. For example, loud music and dogs constant barking, kites flying (really noisy where I am from)and other repetitive sounds...Now they just annoy my spirit. I thought I was getting paranoid or going crazy but really...these noises/sounds really affect me now. I have 3 children who are past the screaming etc ages. They are 16 , 13 and 10. Is anyone else experiencing this?
